Key responsibilities​​

• Digital marketing

• Website management and tweaks

• CRM setup and optimization

• Sales funnels and flows

• Automations

• Integrations (such as Zapier)

• No code software such as Wix, Notion, etc

• Forms and surveys

• Payment systems

• and any future digital tools

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing 

• Knowledge of the above tools is important and an added advantage.

• A qualification in any course or study relevant to the above systems is an added advantage, but not required.

Other added advantages

• Ability to implement updates, patches, and security protocols; conduct regular audits to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.

• Ability to handle website maintenance: updates, plugins, hosting, SEO tweaks, and performance optimization using tools like Wix.

• Ability to support email platforms: automation workflows, list hygiene, deliverability monitoring, and integration with CRM/analytics.

• Ability to liaise with our digital tool providers, resolve escalations, and recommend tool upgrades or migrations based on business needs.

• Ability to document processes, create user guides, and provide training to team members on platform usage.

• Ability to analyze system performance, generate reports on uptime/downtime, and proactively address issues to support marketing campaigns.
