Welcome to 2023 and Happy New Year. Welcome to the 12-Day Wellness Challenge.

 

I know from previous health challenges, that they can inspire, motivate and engage people to live a healthier life. I hope we can achieve that too with this challenge. Yes, it is a challenge and so we shall be asking you to make a few changes to your life that shall boost your overall wellness.

The challenge is focusing on a FRESH approach to wellness.

Rest

Exercise

Sleep

Hydration

It will include eating clean, helping your liver detox, strategies to burn more fat (especially belly fat), some exercises to engage your core and abs and lots of engagement with Dr Kasenene and his team.
